Payment may be by Credit Card (through eBay), Cheque, and Bank Transfers.
Payment by Credit Card, Cheque, and Bank Transfers will only be processed after funds deposit in our account.
Orders placed in some countries may subject to customs and duties on the full price of the package. If such a charge raise, it is your responsibility to pay for these charges.
All price posted on the web are for mail orders only.
Please note that if you choose to insure your order, an insurance cost will be added to the order.
In the event that you choose not to take insurance, we will not accept any risk or liability for loss or damage.
Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final and no refund for any merchandise purchased.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Insurance fee is non-refundable.
All merchandises are warranted against defects in workmanship for 30 days from the date of the original shipment and will be handled by exchange only.
Any wrong, missing, or damaged item must be reported to Gold Dragon Tai Chi Academy within 48 hours of receipt via Email.
If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange, Customers must obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Gold Dragon Tai Chi Academy prior returning any merchandise to Gold Dragon Tai Chi Academy within 5 working days of delivery.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) can be obtained by Email –
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is available to the original purchaser only.
DO NOT post the item back right away until a RMA is approved.
All warrantees are voided if returned product is found to be abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way.
Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties will be void on items that are returned inadequately packaged.
All RMA returns have to be returned by registered mail and we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Process on return can take 7 to 10 business days once they arrive at our office and your replacement merchandise will deliver within three weeks subjecting to the posting and custom conditions.
